Unstoppable Futures LLC operates as a for-profit organization, offering 4-6 beds for emergency and transitional housing. Our facility is equipped to provide short and longer-term transitional support. Compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements is paramount, and we maintain accreditation from Pennsylvania Department of Human Services. Partnerships with local hospitals, mental health providers, community service agencies and government agencies are essential for both funding and client referrals.

Goals:

1. Provide Safe and Stable Housing: Our primary goal is to offer transitional housing that meets the basic needs of youth transitioning out of foster care, providing them with a safe and stable environment to gain stability and independence.

2. Empowerment Through Supportive Services: We aim to empower our youth by offering comprehensive supportive services, including trauma support, mentorship, life skills, job readiness programs, college prep and access to community resources. These services are designed to address the root causes of homelessness and support youth in achieving their goals to transition out of the system.

3. Foster Community and Connection: We strive to create a supportive and inclusive community where youth feel valued, supported, and connected. Through regular community events, peer support groups, and volunteer opportunities, we promote a sense of belonging and mutual support among residents.

4. Promote Long-Term Stability: Our ultimate goal is to help youth transition from transitional housing to permanent, stable housing. We work collaboratively with youth to develop personalized housing plans, connect them with affordable housing options, and provide ongoing support as they transition to independent living.

5. Advocate for Systemic Change: In addition to providing direct services, we advocate for systemic changes to address the root causes of homelessness and improve access to affordable housing, mental health services, and other essential resources. Through advocacy efforts at the local, state, and national levels, we work to create lasting solutions to homelessness and housing insecurity.
